Hello, welcome, my name is Lisa Graham and I have prepared a 10 minute self-hypnosis audio, that will be your guide on your own personal journey, allow you to relax and take a moment just for you.
Now, please don’t let the word hypnotism frighten you. Many people shy away from it because they associate hypnosis with comedic stage acts and people clucking like chickens……fair enough, I did too. I encourage you to lean into and experience this powerful technique. Self-hypnosis is about suggestions you give to yourself in order to break bad habits and master your emotions. You are the director of the movie in your own mind.
Hypnosis has been proven to be one of the greatest powers in the world for self improvement.
I have created this audio as a way for you to relax yourself completely, to calm your mind, visualise your higher self and tap into your inner powers.
I can’t guarantee a 10 minute audio will give you complete clarity about everything in your life, however you will recognise there is an opportunity for growth in a different way. When the mind calms it creates room to think. If you are noticing that it is difficult to calm your mind and visualise what it is that you are wanting then that’s the first step of recognising that change is required.

Through self-hypnosis people become aware of programming and beliefs they have acquired as a child, from school, in their workplace, friendships, or wider society. It can be so deep rooted that they don’t actually know how to remove themselves or disconnect. Perhaps it is trauma related. It is difficult to bring these into awareness without support – hypnosis can support you to do this.
The process is slightly different for everyone…as we are all unique beings. I ask that for the next 2 weeks you devote 10 minutes every day to listen to the audio.
